Every price you see includes your accommodation, sessions and meals. A 30% deposit holds your dates once Vita confirms them with you.

3-hour A.R.T. therapy session
An accelerated form of EMDR with our certified counsellor. A receipt can be provided for insurance reimbursement.
2-hour addiction counselling session
With our certified counsellor Eric — understanding root causes, building healthier coping strategies and regaining control.
2-hour Reiki / energy healing session
Insight and release with your Reiki practitioner.
3–5 hours of one-to-one coaching per day
A program coach working exclusively with you.
Six-module self-development program
An in-depth take-home program for purpose, self-compassion and growth.
90-minute private yoga class
Grounding movement and breath.
60-minute relaxation massage
A receipt can be provided for insurance reimbursement.
Aftercare coaching session
One session after the retreat, plus a complimentary breakfast before checkout.
Meals during your stay
A hot breakfast is served to you in the main house. Lunches and dinners are crafted by esteemed local catering restaurants and served to your suite. You can specify any dietary restrictions so meals are tailored to you (certain dietary restrictions may incur an extra fee).
